At Nishat, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a one-time product exchange for eligible online purchases, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Please do not accept any parcel that appears damaged or has a broken/open seal at the time of delivery.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of order placement, provided the item is in original condition, unused, with tags and invoice attached, and within the same product category.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be availed one time only per order.
Size exchanges for footwear are allowed within 10 days of delivery, limited to the same product only. Cross-category or different product exchanges are not accepted.
Returns or exchanges will not be entertained if the item is used, washed, mishandled, or missing original packaging and labels.
Care instructions must be followed to be eligible for return/exchange. Any damage resulting from neglecting instructions will void return eligibility.
No exchanges or returns are allowed on accessories or discounted/sale items.
We do not offer cash refunds. However, in exceptional cases, a store coupon of the same value may be issued. This coupon is:

All returned items are subject to quality control inspection at our warehouse. Returns will be declined if the item is found used, washed, or not in its original condition.
We currently do not support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, refunds may be processed in exceptional circumstances for prepaid orders.
Refund process:
If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original Credit/Debit Card within 14 business days.
If you do not see the amount credited after this period, please check with your bank or card issuer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
A flat PKR 199 shipping fee applies to all nationwide orders.

In case of incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders, Nishat will bear the return shipping cost.
If the exchange or return is due to reasons other than our error, the customer will be responsible for courier charges.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
We maintain a detailed tracking system for all orders until they are delivered safely. However, while we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to courier dependencies.
